- At least medium proficiency in English
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
- Impeccable communication skills
- A calm, cool, and level-headed attitude in every situation
- Excellent self-organizing skills
- A pro-active approach and willingness to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, to achieve deadlines and KPI’s
- Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
Descrierea jobului
- Resolves problems including clarifying the customer's questions (late deliveries, order cancellations, missing or damaged/defective items, payment issues, product specific queries and customer care related questions); determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem within policies.
- Providing product recommendation and beauty advise to consumers.
- Communicates and collaborate with peers, management and suppliers to achieve the desired outcome
- Process consumer orders, providing information to enable cross selling and upselling of products
- Provide reports, resolve technical queries and undertake associated administrative activities
- Highlight opportunities to improve processes and the consumer experience and communicate regularly with colleagues
- Maintain and update product related information, marketing, promotional events, pricing, etc, where applicable
- Liaise with various internal teams to ensure knowledge is maintained and current on brands, products, marketing, promotional events and pricing
- Provide a “High-Touch” consumer service to our customers
- Follows and implements changes in procedures and work instructions received by management.
- Reporting the most common issues to Team Manager or Team Leads
- Performs other duties as assigned by the management team in compliance with the qualification and job requirements
- Handle changes in polices and work instructions received by management during training and work.
