• Demonstrable experience with cross-stream Implementation Projects
• Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activities plans simultaneously
• The ability to articulate progress and status clearly to key stakeholders
• Good understanding of key Oracle functional process streams as well as Project Management skills
• The ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse teams of different skill sets, backgrounds, cultures, and languages
• Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management, team member resources, and 3rd party groups
• Problem-solving skills that use techniques to identify the root cause of the issue
• Advanced communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide advice, consult and negotiate with senior management
• Demonstrated skills in customer-facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support, and documentation preparation
• Strong English skills 
Main Duties:
• Coordinate activities of a wide team of Functional experts, Technical experts and Business Process Owners/ Business Analysts
• Monitor cutover progress and communication to the leadership team including status, progress, issues, etc.
• Planning and execution of Cutover Trials to enable all activities to be practiced before applying to Production
• Manage and contribute to the review cycle post-Cutover Trials and apply lessons learned to subsequent Cutovers
• Liaison with other program streams (Business, Technical, Data, Communications, OSC, etc) to ensure that all aspects are covered within each Cutover
• Input into Quality Gate reviews for all cutover related activity
• Definition and Ownership of the business and technical cutover plan
• Ownership of the release management concerning defects and environment plan
• Accountability for the resourcing and timely execution and reporting of cutover tasks
