Kardex Remstar, as a preferred smart supplier for Intralogistics solutions, is looking for a dedicated person (f/m/d) as Regional SAP 4/HANA Roll-out Finance Manager for our Region Central Europe.
The position is a great career opportunity for a Senior Business Roll-out/Project Manager FI/CO with previous experience in delivering large scale, international SAP (ideally S/4 HANA) roll-out projects. You will bring strong expertise in managing senior stakeholders, internal teams (located in different countries) with proven capabilities of delivering project objectives in an ambiguous environment, cross-functionally and across countries.

The ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business informatics or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in project organization, resource mobilization, stakeholders’ management and in dealing with management issues at group level (scope, time, cost, quality, risk, team)
  • Previous experience in leading implementations of SAP systems (preferably SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Previous experience in implementing ERP projects in the DACH /CEEU Region
  • Experience with SAP FI/CO rollouts / releases is important
  • Experience in leading and collaborating virtually, cross functionally project management teams and offshore teams
  • Proven Organizational Change Management and leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of project management methodology concepts (including Waterfall and Agile); Ideally in-depth knowledge in industrial/production environment and Finance/Controlling processes deep understanding
  • Traits of Entrepreneurial PM with focus on true organization value through project delivery
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience working in multinational companies in a similar role rolling out SAP FI/CO projects is required

The Regional SAP 4/HANA Roll-out Finance Manager's main purpose is to provide support to the Regional Finance & Administration Leadership Team CEEU as well as to our Global Roll-out Project Management Team in leading our strategic S/4 Hana roll-out initiative. The implementation and roll out is planned to happen in the first wave of subsidiary implementation for Germany and Switzerland and later on for the other 5 countries in the CEEU Region (Austria, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia & Turkey).

Main responsibilities:
  • Define, plan, and lead the execution of a wide range of project workflows and tasks while balancing the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk to define the requirements for a high-quality SAP S/4 HANA ERP system
  • Ensure user acceptance testing by the business and successfully roll out the FI/CO modules to the business in the Region Central Europe
  • Identify, acquire, and lead multifunctional project teams
  • Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with various IT and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Facilitate project management activities across the entire project management methodology
  • Ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables and communication with all stakeholders
  • Track progress against baseline schedule and report project status
  • Plan, baseline, and control costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budget
  • Manage project priorities and ensure adherence to the agreed scope
  • Identify and apply systematic quality activities to ensure that project employ all processes needed to meet Computer System Validation directives
  • Conduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis, and monitoring on projects
  • Formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies; recommend and implement solutions
