Descrierea jobului
Analizarea comenzilor din raport in functie de clienti, date de livrare, INCOTERMS, stat, etc;
Verificarea notelor aferente comenzilor din raport;
Punerea comenzilor in Packing System;
Comunicarea catre departamentele de Vanzari, Productie – sectiunea Prelucrari mecanice, Controlul Calitatii – Prelucrari mecanice a comenzilor ce urmeaza a fi livrate;
Contactarea transportatorului in vederea stabilirii datei de incarcare, destinatii, cerinte speciale, Etc.
Pregatirea documentelor de livrare (manifeste, shippere, facturi, avize, CMR-uri);
