• University Degree;
• At least one year experience in the recruiting and selection field;
• Previous exposure in recruitment projects for IT&C field would be an advantage;
• Volume hiring administration is a strong advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good organizing skills, good time management skills;
• Attention to details and ability to work fast and under pressure;
• Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• To run the volume recruitment and selection projects toward the established recruitment plan;
• To work together with the recruiting companies in order to find the best candidates;
• To prepare the necessary job specifications;
• To write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised;
• To plan, run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, tests and other related activities;
• To provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports;
• To participate in various HR projects, as per company needs (e.g.: job fairs etc.).
