Recruitment Sourcing Specialist (Work from Home)

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying potential candidates for current and future hiring
needs, and building talent pipelines. In partnership with the recruitment team, the Sourcing Specialist
leverages recruitment marketing, industry research and social media to target and connect with passive
candidates. The right person will make things happen in a high paced environment, understand the
competitive nature of the BPO / contact centers market, and will value building human networks.

Your Profile
 Min. 1 year experience in a similar role and exposure to a multicultural environment
 Fluent in English - mandatory
 Solid expertise in sourcing and screening candidates
 Robust sourcing skills with first-hand experience in implementing innovative and effective
strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
 Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
 Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented
 Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast moving environment

What You Will Do:
 Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and establish the first contact
 Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
 Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
 Advertise open positions to external networks
 Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
 Keep in touch with past applicants
 Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
 Build and secure a strong database and a diverse pipeline of candidates
 Maintain and develop a network of market contacts to identify potential candidates for future
needs
