  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Marketing techniques, social media, and employer branding

✅ Project Management
  • Solid experience in managing tech implementation projects (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management and process optimization

  • University degree

We are looking for a tech-savvy and strategically minded Recruitment Project Manager to lead the automation and optimization of our recruitment processes.
Your mission? To transform how we attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent—saving time, enhancing candidate experience, and aligning recruitment with the latest market trends.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Identify automation opportunities within the recruitment cycle
  • Identify, propose and implement recruitment tech solutions (ATS, AI-based tools, video interview platforms, Chabot’s, etc.)
  • Automate and optimize recruitment workflows for speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve recruitment systems and tools
  • Integrate recruitment tools with existing HR, CRM, and performance systems
  • Improve the candidate experience through digital onboarding and automated feedback tools
  • Develop data-driven reporting and performance analytics for recruitment managerial decisions
  • Support internal teams through training and change management initiatives
  • Align recruitment practices with international and sustainable hiring trends
