At Talentpedia we are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager, for a multinational B2B services provider helping businesses optimize inventory management, including services such as procurement, logistics, financial services, HR, IT, and customer support.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience leading recruitment processes and teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing methods.
Experience in employer branding, including social media and hiring campaigns.
Excellent communication skills for both candidate interactions and internal collaboration & strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
The role requires intercity travel availability between Brasov, Iasi, and Bucharest.

This is a pivotal role in attracting talent to join our organization through the recruitment strategy and shaping our employer brand.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure performance goals are met while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans to attract, evaluate, and hire talent.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Constantly evaluating the performance of team members, proposing and implementing individual development plans.
