Job description
We are looking for a recruitment consultant specialized in IT technical profiles. Based in Bucharest you will take full responsibility for the whole recruitment process end-to-end including posting advertisements, searching databases for suitable candidates, reviewing CVs, conducting telephone interviews, preparing shortlists and scheduling interviews with managers.
We are looking for candidates
• Fluent in English and preferably another European language
• With strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and an ability to absorb new information and training quickly
• University graduates with a minimum of 1 year working experience in recruitment or Human Resources activities
• Thorough understanding of IT profiles, especially 3rd and 2nd line of support
