Here are some of the things you should have in order to perfectly fit our team.
A college diploma in any computer science field or related.
2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar field.
Working knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods, as well as measurement tools such as Google AnalyticsAdvanced data collection and analysis skills.
Understanding of front-end and back-end JavaScript development Understanding of the e-commerce industry and its KPIs would be a plus.
Relevant knowledge of European regulatory standards would also be a plus.
QA certificates would be great, although not mandatory.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies would be of great help.
API understanding and testing would also be highly appreciated.
Great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Perform routine inspections and quality testsImplement and maintain VTEX Romania’s quality assurance policies.
Support our customers and partners with any issues they may encounter during and after implementationProactively identify and report any workflow or production issues.
Find viable solutions to those issues along with the CX team and our partners.
Document all issues and solutions and create QA audit reports.
Make constant recommendations for improvement and issue avoidanceHelp create training materials for our partners, in order to maintain our quality standards.
Interact with different areas within the organisation, such as the CX, sales, and growth engineering teams.

Your job will be to make sure that all the deployments, apps, and integrations implemented by our partners or growth engineering team match the standards of our clients.

We are looking for an agile learner who is no stranger to technology platforms and ecommerce. You will have to master the multiple scenarios of VTEX implementations and understand both their strong points and limitations. Your job will consist not just in reporting bugs and potential errors, but also in working with the CX team to find solutions or workarounds.
