We are looking for a candidate who is willing to relocate to Hungary.
Skills and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 12 years of quality management experience, including at least 5 years in precast concrete or industrial manufacturing.
Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, IRCA – International Register of Certificated Auditors) is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of precast production processes and associated QA/QC requirements.
Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks (ISO 9001) and quality tools (FMEA, RCA, etc.).
Proficient in inspection techniques, testing protocols, and relevant precast standards
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interface effectively with clients and consultants.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QA/QC and ERP systems preferred.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset( e.g. Hungarian language)

Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) specific to precast concrete production in compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant international and local standards.
Develop, update, and enforce QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality records specific to factory production processes (e.g., mould preparation, rebar placement, concreting, curing, demoulding, finishing).
Monitor all stages of precast production to ensure adherence to specifications, from raw material inspection to final product dispatch.
Oversee material testing, batching accuracy, curing regimes, dimensional tolerances, and finish quality.
Coordinate with Technical Office, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure integrated quality efforts across all departments.
Conduct internal audits and process evaluations to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with quality protocols.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for non-conformities related to materials, processes, or finished products.
Ensure proper calibration and certification of all testing and measuring equipment in the factory.
Manage third-party inspections and collaborate with clients’ quality representatives for inspections and approvals.
Train and mentor QA/QC personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership across the factory.
Compile and present quality performance metrics, analysis, and reports to Senior Management.
Ensure traceability and documentation for all precast elements in accordance with project and legal requirements.
Support the factory in readiness for external audits and certifications.
