PURCHASING & LOGISTICS OFFICER

• Prior experience purchasing in the printing industry is a plus;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Computer literacy;
• Business oriented, fresh thinking, positive attitude;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Team player, reliable, self-confident and a highly responsible person.

• Issuing invoices and documentation for export procedure.
• Purchase goods. Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, ensure the best pricing and source alternative suppliers as required.
• Maintain information in ERP, ensure it is up to date and accurate.
• Liaise with the Accounts, R&D and Production teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
• Assist local teams for inventory procedure and stock control.
