- Technical University ( advantage)
- 2 years experience in Project Management
- Experience in telecommunication field would be a plus
- Organizing skills, People oriented, Process management, Problem solving
- Ensures that both internal and external customers receive the highest level of courteous and professional treatment, by implementing within the Sales Department, of the new projects, services, products or systems initiated by Sales or other departments in Vodafone Romania.
- Coordinates allocated projects and is responsible for project implementation within deadline and with the agreed output.
- Ensures requirements capturing and documenting the requirements for specific /assigned projects.
- Plans, organizes and regularly tracks the status of the assigned projects ensuring the encountered issues are solved and escalated when needed.
- Ensures information communication to and from project team, sales channels and other parties involved (other departments, external partners, suppliers, etc)
- Ensures follow-up and status assessment of the action items during the meetings, keeps track of the status of the tasks and updates the information accordingly
- Communicates with regularity the status of the allocated projects to the management team and to the beneficiary channel; Updates regularly the status of the projects in CBU Sales Project Dashboard, in PMT
- Ensures projects implementation within allocated budget, tracks and forecasts project expenses and reports upon discrepancies
- Validates the specific Sales objectives of the projects and monitors implementation in due time of project stages while also maintaining close link with operational teams.
- Updates regularly the Sales management on the progress of ongoing projects and keeps contact with the other project teams involved.
- Monitors the project-related cooperation with IT, Cops, Marketing, and Finance, Engineering departments as well as with the channels within the Sales department.
