- Qualification:
o Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
o A minimum of 5 years experience in program administration/management or related area.

- Abilities:
o advanced operation, technical and process skills
o logical and process-driven approach and problem solving skills
o highly developed analytical skills
o customer care orientation (listen to, interpret, and exceed customers\' expectations - internal and external)
o MS Office knowledge
o good organization and planning skills
o strong listening, communication and influencing skills – verbal and written

Descrierea jobului

Main responsibilities:
• Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Responsible for primary contact with the customer, than for negotiations with customer on all contracts, pricing and other business items.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Directs and coordinates activities of Customer Focus Team and required support areas to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
