• Bachelor's degree: University degree in Economics/ Engineering
• Relevant professional experience: 3 - 5 years
• Well-founded knowledge on PC, SAP, Excel, Word, Power Point operation

• Implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and of the legal regulations within the Asset
• Drafts the training budget for the Asset and aligns it with the direct superior
• Draws up the annual program for professional licensing/certification, by responding of its fulfilment, as well as by conducting specific registrations in LMS
• To know and to have experience on the HR concepts, policies, procedures, and standards
• To have a good knowledge and understanding of Romanian labour legislation
• To have a good understanding of the oil business, as much as needed for HR
• Endorses and applies adequately the Collective Labour Contract, the internal regulations and the labour laws within the Asset; Informs the Head of HR of any nonconformities and offers proposals for their removal;
• Advises managers and employees on labor legislation, collective labor contract, labor rights, and so on;
• Provides support to the managers in preparing and approving the (Recruitment Request Form - RRF);
• Provides support in implementing procedures for managers / personnel of the Asset;
• Participates in HR specific projects being coordinated directly by the direct superior (. Human Capital Management - HCM, Performance Development System – PDS etc.) and provides necessary support to managers / employees;
