Product Preparer

Required Qualifications

• You are proactive and quality-oriented
• You have knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• You have a hands-on mentality and can work well with colleagues
• You are willing to work in two shifts
• Experience in the food industry is a strong advantage
• Possession of a valid category B driving license
• You have a European ID or a European passport (European ID must have been issued within the last 5 years and be undamaged)

As a product preparer, you will be responsible for preparing our recipes for delicious snacks on various production lines. You will work in two shifts. You will collect ingredients, set up, operate, and monitor equipment to ensure it is available on time according to current procedures. This means you can work with great precision according to our work manual and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Your responsibilities include:

• Paying attention to safety, hygiene, quality, and quantity
• Preparing, operating, monitoring, and adjusting cooking processes
• Working according to procedures and work instructions and responding to unforeseen situations
• Ensuring optimal productivity and quality so that products are available on time
• Conducting test productions and various checks
• Processing data in the online system
• Training and supporting production workers

Your future employer is a producer of frozen products such as croquettes, bitterballen, frikandels, Mexican and vegetarian products — in other words, frozen snacks. We do this together with more than 600 colleagues at five locations in the Netherlands, one in Belgium, and one in Denmark.

• We will pick you up from the airport
• We will help you apply for an RNI (tax number) and Dutch health insurance
• We provide housing as close to the workplace as possible. You will have a private room in a shared house with colleagues. Rent is approximately €200–€210 per week, including water, electricity, gas, and internet
• We arrange transportation by finding a car for you (either personal or shared with housemates)
• Covered commuting expenses to and from work (fuel card provided)
• The employment contract is signed one day before your departure to the Netherlands (in English)
