As a Product Operations Lead you will be a pivotal figure in providing comprehensive product operations support, enabling Colt to operate efficiently at scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on complex projects that support our business priorities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless delivery against our strategic objectives. We are looking for a person who is passionate about working in a B2B environment and are eager to leverage their experience to make a difference.
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
•Thought Leadership: Develop customer propositions and thought leadership content, support analyst submissions & industry awards entries
•Communications: Ensure product roadmap, R&D activities, reports, training/enablement are visible and accessible
•Processes: Identify, document, standardise, automate go-to-market processes
•Product Insight: Collect, organise, analyse data to enable data-driven decisions
•Infrastructure: Maintain templates, guidelines, product collateral & tools so that products can be consumed efficiently
This is a role with a wide range of contacts, including:
