• Bachelor's (undergraduate), Master's (graduate), or Doctorate (postgraduate) degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, industrial technology, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge and application of engineering principles and concepts, broad-based functional knowledge for a similar job requirements in automobile, consumer products or BPO. Additional experience with planning and managing projects.
• 3 - 10 years experience in Consulting/Automobile / Manufacturing/BPO in the fields of Operations, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Planning. 
• Customer oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local language 
• Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task (theoretical knowledge of method and time study is a plus)
• Ability to lead cross functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• Value Engineering/Management, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing Champion certification is a strong plus.
 Responsible for developing operation methods and processes for the business process of new or existing company service lines, you will also be charged with estimating servicing costs, determining time standards and making recommendations to operations/process engineering on process requirements for new or existing service lines. You will be responsible for managing relationships with Quality, Operations, BPM, Process, Solution Architects, Trade Customers and/or other third-parties as you participate as a member or leader of a technical team of professionals. 
You will provide Process / Industrial Engineering support, driving continuous Operational Process improvements, driving projects to achieve Business goals; apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues; Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods; Work on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of multiple factors; Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives; Lead and or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross functional initiatives. Provides mentoring and guidance to the team. Provides leadership and direction, establishing process improvements. 
You will represent the organization to internal and external customers.
