Process Engineer Filling and Process Engineer Packaging

Adecco Resurse Umane is recruiting Process Engineer Filling and Process Engineer Packaging for one of his clients, an important pharmaceutical multinational company. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in design process, review meetings and technical proceedings;
• Support all engineering and design activities including planning and organization;
• Verifies that work is proceeding in compliance with other standards and specifications as well as Good Manufacturing and Good Engineering Practices, industry codes, standards, and accepted practices;
• Develop/coordinate facility operating manuals;
• Support / coordinate specific operating training programs;
• Support Start-up Plan, including Pre-Commissioning-Plan, Commissioning-Plan, and Initial Operations requirements;
• Responsible for Process Optimization and Process Validation;
• Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of audits and official inspections in the area of responsibility.

Professional competencies

• Mechanical Engineer studies;
• Minimum 5 years experience in production environment;
• Minimum 3 years experience in process engineering, with technical input for problem-solving;
• Preferably experience with GMP and batch systems in the field of pharmaceuticals/ FMCG;
• Basic knowledge of engineering practices and principles as well as understanding of: Lean and Six Sigma Tools and Techniques (5S, Control Charts, Gemba Walks, Problem Solving and Improvement, DMAIC, PDCA, The 5 Whys, Value Stream Mapping);
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and related KPI’s (MTBF, Downtime, Tag’s closed, Line Efficiency) will be an advantage;
• Demonstrated ability with setting correct working standards, maintenance routines, product design methods;
• Able to communicate ideas and recommendations to non-engineer team members in a clear manner;
• Able to work effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers;
• Basic knowledge of Track-and-Trace systems and functionalities (processes);
• Medium English level.
