Role: Offering regional support to Business Builder with administrative tasks and operating POSM regional warehouse

Accountabilities:

Administrative tasks:
-Editing contracts
-Create Vendors in SAP
-Editing Invoices
-Printing Bad Debts Late Payment notifications
-Centralize reports
-Split & prepare materials for all trade programs
-Sending & receiving documents to HQ – invoices, contracts

Regional Warehouse tasks:
- Perform reception of the goods/materials
- Unload the materials form the truck
- Arrange all the materials on the shelves in the regional warehouse
- Release materials from the warehouse
- Coordinate with the technician and provide transport documentation
- Perform monthly inventory
