The PMO – Transition Manager is responsible for managing the successful transition and onboarding of new client business or new start up projects within existing business by working closely with all the departments involved in this process.

They are the main point of contact throughout the transition and onboarding phase and they are the leader of onboarding efforts from beginning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages the implementation process of onboarding clients
  • Acts as the point person by communicating and coordinating all onboarding activities with clients and providing direction to the internal implementation team
  • Develops the project plan for each implementation
  • Responsible for executing project plans on time and consulting with stakeholders and providing direction to the implementation team when timelines change
  • Collaborates with internal teams to schedule deliverables and ensure project success
  • Communicate clearly and demonstrate leadership skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and expectations on delivery
  • Identifies project gaps and makes recommendations to improve the onboarding process
  • Determines and manages program risks effectively
  • Communicates strategic milestones to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Successful planning, status reporting, and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Collaboration with cross functional teams to build and execute well-structured plans
  • Closely monitor change requests and assist with prioritization and decision making for changes
  • Schedule and facilitate project status meetings and advise management on the effects change requests will have on schedule and resources
  • Effectively communicate project implementation options that affect cost, schedule, quality, and risk to stakeholders and offer recommendations based on these elements
  • Provide a hands-on project management approach to drive consistent deliverables, and is eager to learn technical / operational process flows and best practices


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of working in BPO or SSC industry
  • Excellent English and communication skills
  • Knowledge of PMO specific tools
