Candidatul Ideal
Finance Controller (Plant focus) for Targoviste location.
Ideal profile
3-5 years of previous experiences, preferably in auditing and/or controlling department of manufacturing Companies.
English level – good level – must;
Good knowledge of the local finance/accounting principles;
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite; SAP and Board is a plus;
Proactivity and Good communication skills;
Availability to business trips, mainly on Romania but also on the other Companies of the Group

Prepares the reporting (Actual/Forecast/Budget/Long term plans): P&L, production costs, KPI reporting, inventory evaluation, marginality report, variance analysis;
Prepares simulation scenarios and what-if analysis, based on ad-hoc request required by the Plant Management;
Manage the communication with and the data delivery to all the other Departments related to the controlling activities;
Other responsibilities as aligned with the direct manager.
