• 2-3 years in a similar position

Maintain the associate’s agenda, schedule and organize meetings
Prepare and document management meetings
Manage the mailbox, send reminders and standard communications
Create reports and presentations in English and Romanian
Communicate with the company’s business partners
Schedule and prepare the appointments and business trips
General administrative tasks
