We are seeking you as Payroll Specialist for our projects located all of the country:

The ideal candidate will be have:

  • Bachelor degree in Social Science or HR
  • 3+ plus years in a timesheets or payroll performing administrations tasks
  • MS Office, excellent skills using Excel
  • Strong skills using and understanding the labor law compliance
  • Excellent problem solving and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines

  • Managing the electronic working time system
  • Setup and validation of each new employee internal records
  • Preparation and processing of weekly timesheets for payroll for over 250 employees
  • Review and ensure accuracy of project’s timesheets
  • Responsible for auditing of time sheets for correct assignments and data
  • Track and collect all legal documents necessary for payroll and other internal requirements
  • Responsible for the coordination efforts between human resources and operations department to ensure proper document flow and law compliance
  • Maintenance of employee data including for leasing personnel providers
  • Preparation and distribution of detailed reports, e.g. work, overtime, leave balances, head count, and other HR reports
  • Responsible with the legal compliance of working time and employee records
  • Provide counseling to employees regarding working time and payroll rules and labor law requirements
  • Monitor submissions of approved timesheets, ensure valid data transfers to payroll service
  • Acting as liaison with leasing providers and payroll service regarding employees working time and HR records
  • Ensure that employee data changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
  • Review changes for proper policy compliance legal and internal regulations
