HASHERA is looking for a Payroll & HR Consultant for its client, an international multidisciplinary advisory firm in Bucharest. Our client is a lead player in tax, legal, accounting and payroll services assisting a diverse international portfolio of clients, has a high reputation upon high-quality work, a positive outlook and high standards of service and ethics.
Our client is an advisory firm engaged by its clients for both payroll compliance and statutory work as well as for payroll advisory and ERP’s implementation, complex reporting and integration engagements, due diligence and advisory mandates.
Our client is also looking to candidates who want to relocate and offer support if you choose to have a job in Bucharest.

Required qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance;
  2. Strong understanding of payroll and labor relationships theory;
  3. 3 - 5 years accounting/payroll experience;
  4. Experience in UCMS/DP Payroll (is a plus);
  5. Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications;

Descrierea jobului

The employee is responsible for the general payroll computing and personnel administration functioning of the clients, supporting the HR and/or Accounting departments of the clients in accurate payroll reporting and analysis. The employee will perform general payroll and reporting functions for clients. Key tasks include:

  1. Statutory payroll, personnel administration, reporting and integration, including roll-out
  2. Payroll consultancy
  3. Automatization and optimization of procedures and workflows
  4. HR advisory
  5. HR controversy and disputes advisory
  6. Payroll advisory on due diligence and transactional work
