Descrierea jobului

The role:
  • Verify the documents close to their due date and make sure that their payments are ready to be processed;
  • Ask for the necessary authorizations in order for the payments to be processed;
  • Prepare the payments in the financial system;
  • Record the manual payments in the financial system and allocate them to their corresponding documents;
  • Record in the financial system the credit card payments and allocate them to their corresponding documents;
  • Issue credit card guarantees and virtual credit cards;
  • Send the proofs of payment to the suppliers;
  • Solve any query received from the suppliers related to the payments processed;
  • Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations, stocks, credit card reconciliations and more;
  • Report on Aged Payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable;
