Candidatul ideal

  • Minimum 1 year in a similar position;
  • Relevant experience in operational functions;
  • Experience in large or medium companies (international exposure is a must);
  • University Graduate;
  • Understand basic financial terminology, policies and processes;
  • Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office package with solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word;
  • Experience with ITSM tools is a plus especially with CA;
  • Familiar with reporting is a plus;
  • Research and analyse information and make recommendations based on relevant evidence;
  • Excellent English skills (both speaking and in writing) – C1 level;
  • Be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change;
  • Strategic Abilities and problem solving oriented.

Descrierea jobului

  • Help Partnership Manager to design, develop, create and enable the repository for the department, repository to be utilized for sharing information with internal Stefanini departments and provide visibility for the other Stefanini departments over the outcomes of the Field and Service Desk Vendor Management Department.
  • Support Partnership Manager to implement any changes at a process and/or procedural level inside and/or outside of the department and help maintain the department’s process binder up to date.
  • Support Partnership Manager to develop and maintain a vendor database to strengthen the procurement process.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records over the vendors, the legal documents, pricing and services associated with them on the department repository.
  • Consolidating scattered commercial / operational / legal data pertaining to existing vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records over the historical pricing and quotations received from the vendors including all bought components and related suppliers.
  • Actively help the Partnership Manager in responding to Presales and Sales requests.
  • Help Partnership Manager to determine the need of prospecting new vendors in certain areas/regions and actively help to discover new vendors, engage the vendors and finalize the prospecting process while maintaining the department’s records with the latest additions/changes.
  • Work with Partnership Manager to develop any required presentations over the department’s evolution, financial data pertaining to the department and vendor activities
  • Actively help in the vendor evaluation by issuing, receiving and performing initial analysis of the data received. Store and maintain information pertaining to each vendor to be utilized within the governance sessions.
  • Collate Request For Quotation (RFQ) responses and complete costing sheets.
  • Ensure that the vendors are duly informed with progress for the requests for quotations and provide final feedback regardless of the results (business won or lost) and argument the decision.
