Partner Operations Specialist.

• Computer literacy - Excel medium to advanced is a must;
• Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills;
• Very good communication skills; both written and verbal ;
• Ability to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently;
• Team player, proactive, fast learner;

• Management and administration of kits for partners at enrollment and afterwards;
• Regular reports of specific metrics from internal databases like Salesforce;
• Liaise with others departments: Purchasing, Sales, Marketing for administrative actions: singning contracts, photo sessions;
• Marketing campaigns: in charge of communication with partners about conditions of participation, texts approval, etc;
