Responsible for coordinating sample order process for all countries in our ERP system: order management, managing delays, returns, losses, communication, interface to purchasing
Responsible for stock taking for sample location and support for all subsidiaries
Responsible for a regular check on sample stock locations à age, losses, defectives, non-sellable items
Support month closing
Support price uploads
Support weird dates (all subsidiaries)
Responsible for Licensee orders of our Licensee partners
Support in general quality checks in order management (globally)
Key User ERP system
Ensure the Quality of the order management
Check of old orders
Check of zero prices
Check of manual price and discount changes
Weird dates
Month closing à all delivered is invoiced
Check old ordersSupport all legal entities: send analyses, reminders, requests
Responsible for all price uploads
