In this position you will be responsible to handle and follow-up sales orders and purchase orders, in order to maintain the best possible support and logistics for both external and internal customers. The position will act as the interface between the internal customers and factories.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Ensure the timely and complete entering of orders in the ERP system
* Check trade compliance issues for each order
* Generate order acknowledgements
* Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and complete
* Keep a close contact with the sales about the status of the order
* Keeps the Sales Office informed at all times of the status of all orders and provides accurate and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders
* Conduct data management activities using the ERP
* Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM, Oracle, OCM, etc)
* Handle the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner

For This Role, You Will Need:
* University degree
* 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role
* Languages: Italian – intermediate level B2, English – intermediate level B2
* Previous experience in customer service
* PC skills: MS Office, Internet
* Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software
* Ability to organize workload and multitasking
* Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities
