About the role:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for recruitment, engagement, and operational excellence? As the Team Manager, you will oversee the recruitment of face-to-face linguists, ensuring they meet performance targets while fostering strong relationships and motivation. You will also lead the Admin team, ensuring efficient management and resolution of linguist queries and requests.
