We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The role will play a crucial role in driving the strategic integration and leadership of the Marketing, Recruitment, and Recruitment Admin teams. This position is designed to enhance business outputs, streamline operations, and support the organization’s ambitious growth plans. The manager will be responsible for facilitating alignment with the company’s goals, ensuring that all teams work collaboratively to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Integration & Collaboration
• Oversee the seamless integration of Marketing, Recruitment, and Recruitment Admin teams.
• Foster a collaborative environment that enhances productivity and innovation.
• Scale up the department in coordination with existing local leadership.
Business Performance & Growth
• Drive improvements in business outputs by optimizing key performance indicators (e.g., freelancer onboarding, cost reduction, market expansion, and business reporting).
• Strengthen the company's positioning in the EU market through targeted strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Support organizational growth by implementing recruitment and marketing strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
Operational Excellence
• Establish a robust, mature, and scalable operational framework to ensure high-quality service delivery across all functions.
• Ensure monthly focus delivery targets are met while maintaining strategic business objectives.
• Manage team workloads efficiently, especially during high-demand periods.
• Oversee and maintain the Dals Performance Management system.
Leadership & Team Management
• Directly manage 3-5 Team Managers and indirectly oversee 40-55 employees.
• Provide operational backup support for the Team Leaders and direct manager to maintain team continuity and stability.
• Lead the transition and knowledge transfer for new services.
• Develop comprehensive training plans and detailed process documentation.
Voice of the Linguist & Service Optimization
• Capture and integrate feedback from linguists to refine service delivery and enhance satisfaction and performance.
Recruitment & Talent Development
• Provide direct input into the selection and recruitment process.
