Leads the technical department and plans, implement the right processes and practices across our organization
coordinates and organizes all technical processes by:
  • ensuring all operations are carried on an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • assuring the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
Relations:
  • reports to the Deputy General Manager
  • coordinates a technical team of around 30 technicians and engineers
  • collaborates directly with the coordinators of other departments in the sense of fulfilling our common objectives
We expect the Technical Operations Manager to formulate a coherent strategy, improve performance, procure materials and resources, and more important mentor the team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  2. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  3. Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
  4. Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  5. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  6. Manage budgets and forecasts by performing quality controls and monitoring operational KPIs
  7. Submit monthly progress reports and ensures data accuracy
  8. Recruit, train, mentor and supervise the team
  9. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service while understanding Salis Terra`s goal and values so that will enhance the company’s performance.
Requirements and skills:
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
  • Leadership ability, excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting; familiarity with business and financial principles
