coordinates and organizes all technical processes by:
- ensuring all operations are carried on an appropriate, cost-effective way
- improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
- assuring the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- reports to the Deputy General Manager
- coordinates a technical team of around 30 technicians and engineers
- collaborates directly with the coordinators of other departments in the sense of fulfilling our common objectives
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts by performing quality controls and monitoring operational KPIs
- Submit monthly progress reports and ensures data accuracy
- Recruit, train, mentor and supervise the team
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service while understanding Salis Terra`s goal and values so that will enhance the company’s performance.
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Leadership ability, excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience budgeting and forecasting; familiarity with business and financial principles
