Candidatul ideal

  • Language competency – good level of Italian and English;
  • Ability to convey concepts and ideas effectively to a variety of audiences;

Descrierea jobului

The position is a support role with accountability for partnering with the account team to provide asset management, billing, reporting/analysis, driving standardization and consistency across aligned accounts.

Billing and Meter Read Management

  • Management of remote meter read collection for nominated accounts;
  • Management of Invalid Reads;
  • Completion of month end billing for nominated accounts;
Asset Management
  • Act as the centre of competence regarding asset management.
  • Device management within tool suite for nominated accounts (proactive database maintenance, system updates, MACDs, connectivity management, etc.)
  • Ensures the accuracy of the information uploaded in the systems.
  • Creation of customer facing management information packs for nominated accounts (SLAs, volumes, incidents, etc.);
  • Ensures that the SLAs and KPIs are always reported/calculated according to the contracts;
  • Ensures that reports are always in accordance with the company’s brand;
  • Management of documentation;
Breakfix Management
  • Update the CSO calls trackers (XOS, XPS, XPPS, Escalation) and send the daily reports to the SDM’s;
  • Escalate urgent calls to the tech partner;
  • Attend the daily conference call with the Xerox process owner and the tech partner.
