# Leads a team responsible for developing, coding, testing and debugging new highly complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity.
# Provides direction for entire project or a project team.
# Has excellent understanding of business application.
# Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
# May assist in development of software technical documentation, orchestration, and different level of system design components
# Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions. Leads design and coding of applications using routine and/or advanced technology Designs and codes complex applications using advanced technology.
# May create optimization programs to resolve problems in cloud ready env
# May design and build prototype applications in highly scalable system
# May oversee product development in backend solution
# May conduct training for junior employees.

# Bachelor or Master degree studies.
# Min 8 years of related experience.
# Previous leading experience required.
# Advanced IT skills (Java, web services, sql/nosql, highly scalable systems)
# Good English skills (written and verbal).
# Ability to work in a few projects simultaneously.
# Ability to delegate responsibilities.
# Leadership skills.
