English knowledge – advanced level;
University degree in Computer Science/Information Systems OR University degree with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IS
At least 3 years relevant experience in IT/IS
Experience in SQL database programming and systems support an advantage.
Relational Database Management knowledge (Microsoft Transact SQL, and Microsoft Reporting services)
Basic project management, ITIL & Service management
Advanced MS Office skills
Scripting, coding skill will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of manufacturing proprietary applications and programing languages like Step 7(Siemens), Kepware, Intouch Wonderware, DAS, PLC and HMI concepts represent a big advantage
Knowledge of Active Directory and basic Networking skills;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Able to adapt in a fast evolving technology environment and ability to learn
Provide 2nd Level Support for Factory sytems;
Provide functional, architectural and process improvements as required for the support and maintenance of the systems’ areas in scope;
Modify applications based on new releases of hardware or software;
Enhance run-time efficiency of the systems and refine the product backlog;
Ensure the quality of the systems and consider non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability or scalability);
Build and execute automated functional tests based on user test cases/scenarios;
Roll out new features and provide documentation and support for business users;
Maintain the knowledge and documentations of the existing systems.
