This position is ONLY available at our Sibiu location. Please do not apply if you are not able to relocate to Sibiu.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Completion of a university degree;
- Advanced PC skills;
- Knowledge of Google Adwords, Analytics, Social Ads and other digital marketing platforms is a plus;
- Passion and enthusiasm about online advertising environment or marketing in general;
- The ability to understand a website's functionality;
- English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking); Spanish or French language is a plus;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent attention to details and time management skills;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- The ability to coordinate projects and work with people in different locations across the globe.
As an Online Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Marketing Specialists on:
- Advertising company’s products through platforms like Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook and other advertising channels;
- Reaching the transactions target within budget;
- Research, implement, monitor and scale digital advertising for telecom services;
- Executing daily campaign optimization and following results;
- Creating text copy and image ads;
- Meeting the standards on the company’s image and brands;
- Meeting deadlines for assigned tasks and projects;
- Following telecom industry news and trends and using them to maximize advertising results;
- Driving continuous innovation, best practices and recommendations to enhance results;
- Proposing projects that enhance results, working with a project team and project manager to formulate and implement projects and evaluating their results.
