Fluent in the Romanian language.
Ability to speak the English language to at least B2 level.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Relevant work experience in sales or telemarketing
First rate interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Sales and target driven.
Excellent telephone technique and etiquette.
Patient, friendly and persistent personality.
Accept rejection as an inherent part of the telesales role.
Proven record in working with and meeting KPIs.
Adept at using omnichannel such as live chat, SMS, WhatsApp, social media DM, email, etc.
Able to work under pressure and to a high standard.
Good sense of cooperation, communication, adaptability to change
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of CRM, MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
High school diploma
Bachelor’s Degree is a plus

Making outbound calls to prospective clients, receiving inbound calls, emails and workflow from potential customers, qualifying them and processing them using Dynamics 365 CRM.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offerings.
Direct prospects and leads to the relevant sales team when necessary.
Manage your pipeline of contacts, leads and opportunities efficiently and in accordance with given instructions.
Ensure that all activities in CRM are administered in accordance with the established procedures.
Ensure that all open activities, leads and opportunities are followed-up and closed correctly and in a timely fashion.
Ensure that CRM campaigns are carried out in accordance with instructions provided and without error.
Meet company expectations for excellent customer service.
Keep an updated customer database.
Commit to departmental and individual KPIs/goals.
Always strive towards meeting sales KPIs.
Maintain harmonious working relations with all Telesales team members.
Ensure effective and constructive communication with colleagues working in different teams and departments.
