Office Organization and Administration:
  • Managing and organizing office supplies, consumables, and equipment.
  • Maintaining and updating filing systems, both electronic and physical archives.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Monitoring and continuously improving office processes and workflows.

Reception and Communication:
  • Greeting visitors and clients and responding to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Managing phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, and emails.
  • Supporting communication between different departments and with external partners.

Personnel Management:
  • Assisting in personnel planning, recruitment, and management.
  • Supporting the motivation and development of employees.

Accounting and Finance:
  • Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as other accounting tasks.
  • Managing accounts, expenses, and payments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.

Project Management:
  • Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of projects.
  • Monitoring deadlines and project progress, with periodic reporting on status.
