Tasks:
Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Dealing with incoming/outgoing correspondence
Dealing with all the procurements
Preparing the department budgets
Allocate and controls financial resources
Organises Business Travels;
Maintain the condition of the office and arrange necessary technical repairs
Planning and preparing the meetings, conferences;
Maintain and moderate information on different communication channels
Implement, develop and manage a range of internal communication activities and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
