Descrierea jobului

Offer administrative and operational support within the following areas:
• Administrative support to all reception operations: organization, control, follow up and coordination of reception activities
• Communication, coordination and cooperation with all institutions required by the company
• Managing office supplies and office inventory, organizing business meetings, business trips and other business events
• Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues through written, verbal and non-verbal communication and actively listens to, understands and constructively questions others
• Planning and booking the meeting rooms for staff members
• Ensuring that each meeting room has enough promotion materials, proper equipments (e.g. brochures) and is clean for the following meetings (supervise)
• Meets all the deadlines as indicated by superiors
