Location: our head office in Aalborg, Denmark
Responsible for handling various tasks within an office environment and providing administrative and clerical support for the Office Manager and the team she works with. Must be able to act in a professional manner and demonstrate excellent public relation skills. Personable, and work collaboratively with others, and have a positive attitude. Demonstrates the associated proficiency in computer applications and English language.

Job Description:
- to work with the Office Director and maintain regular contact in order to ensure up to date knowledge of common tasks;
- to provide all administrative support, to manage the contact information for the office Director
- to keep an accurate evidence of all incoming/outgoing papers, phone calls, e-mails, read and accelerate processing for the Company staff
- to be in charge with all the practical aspects of the office operations
- to arrange business trips, booking the flights tickets, accommodations, etc., as well as other trips within domestic market
- to coordinate the receiving process of all the information needed for the department reporting activities, to put the information together and to distribute the reports according to the internal procedure
- to perform routine administrative work such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, to organize and maintain papers and electronic files
- to understand the budgetary process and the fiscal responsibility requirements
- to be able to learn fast the Company procedure
