Candidatul ideal

  • University Degree is a plus;
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary/ Office Assistant/ Personal Assistant;
  • Advanced English skills (both, spoken and written);
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations;
  • Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multi task in a demanding environment.

  • Managing phone calls, faxes, e-mails and correspondence;
  • Organizing meetings;
  • Travel planning (plane ticket reservations, providing accommodation for the staff of the company);
  • Organizing necessary office supply and protocol;
  • Document management (correspondence, offers, contracts, other financial and accounting documents);
  • Drafting and translating to/from English of various documents;
  • Managing relationships with suppliers.

We were present on the financial market ever since 1993, as Banca de Credit Industrial si Comercial. In 2000 we rebranded ourselves as Finansbank, to later become - in 2007 - Credit Europe Bank.
