  • Excellent written and verbal English and Romanian communication skills;
  • Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows;
  • Data analysis skills with ability to produce reports, KPIs;

  • Outgoing personality with fast thinking and proactive attitude;

Descrierea jobului


  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and internal client service;
  • Designs, maintains and implements policies and procedures for document workflow, office physical security and visitor handling. Makes efforts to optimize process workflows efficiently using technology;
  • Maintains good working conditions and office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, equipment and supply procurement at the same time looking for cost efficiency;
  • Prepares Office Operations Management department budget for Bucharest office. Allocates and controls financial resources within own area consistent with goals, priorities and budget. Analyses variances; initiating corrective actions if needed;
  • Implements supplier/procurement strategy through rational, timely procurement planning and execution. Prepares statements of work and procurement requirements. Reviews of alternative supplier proposals / applications and unsolicited proposals. Guides supplier/sub-contractor work. Monitors supplier performance, resolving issues as they arise;
  • Develops and maintains system of OOM KPIs;
  • Assist with Real Estate questions & Business Travels;
  • Keep office equipment inventory list and mark all inventory items with inventory numbers;
  • Give input to updates on EvoSpace Bucharest subspace, and Wiki page for related responsibilities;
  • Organize corporate events, team buildings
  • Maintain general office tidiness and supervision of cleaners’ performance;
  • Greet, assist, and/or direct the public to the appropriate host employee;
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing correspondence in line with the policy, sign for deliveries and direct them to the appropriate staff member, receive/register and send mails and cargos from/to company parties or partners;
  • Cooperates with building management/landlord;
  • Take care of maintaining office in terms of construction works/repainting works, furniture inventory/selling/utilization/ordering and maintenance of existing;
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls, ensure availability of office supplies in meeting rooms;
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
