Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
Good English knowledge; Spanish or Russian would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills;
Must be able to work effectively in a multi-task environment;
Manages the business correspondence (telephone, electronic, written);
Travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration);
Acting as an administrative support to all departments;
Responsible to keep the document archive up to date;
Provide supporting documentation and information on internal process that is required for accounting and financial processes;
Provides support whenever necessary for Managing Director
Files documents alphabetically, numerically, or by other prescribed methods.
Prepares, reviews, and/or processes a variety of routine correspondence, reports, logs, information, paperwork, invoices, forms, agreements, flyers, brochures, invitations, and/or other related information in assigned area of responsibility; keys information into applicable spreadsheets and/or databases.
Monitors and restocks office supplies and materials.
Positions in this classification may perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned.
Attend and prepare the minutes of the meetings for top and middle management;
Organize appointments for top managers;
