- University degree with good scholar results
- Previous experience within Office Administration role is beneficial
- Effective multi-tasking skills
- Competency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, is mandatory
- Excellent customer communication and customer service skills
- An effective communicator, comfortable dealing with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Excellent English knowledge
- Must display a can do and flexible attitude, perseverance in tasks execution
- Ability to work independent, self-driven, results oriented

Descrierea jobului

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the facilities within our office and ensuring high level support for the office infrastructure. Mainly, he/she will monitor various facilities of our office, deal with various suppliers, monitor stocks, supervise and enforce the garbage collection policy, will take care of post, guest reception and assistance, primary accounting and will provide travel support for the employees and guests.

Key tasks:
- Perform the office maintenance activities such as opening/closing the office, inspection of all areas and facilities, and act to maintain office's functionality and environment at a high level of productivity and comfort
- Order required office materials and maintain/optimize the stocks of stationary, consumables and office materials
- Manage, develop and optimize the policy of selective and recyclabe garbage
- Manage, develop and optimize relationships with various office suppliers
- Ensuring proactive, courteous and effective support for the day to day activity within the office
- Manage travel arrangements for colleagues and visitors
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Perform primary accounting tasks such as invoice/bills recording and posting
- Provide effective support for various ad-hoc tasks related to office environment
- Perform courteously and effectively reception duties for guests and visitors
