Odoo ERP Consultant

Your Profile

• Proven hands-on experience with Odoo (v14 or higher preferred)
• Solid knowledge in at least one of the following: MRP, Procurement, Logistics, or Accounting
• Familiarity with automotive supply chain concepts (e.g., JIT/JIS, framework agreements, e-Factura, SAF-T)
• Confident handling of data imports/exports (CSV/Excel)
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; German and/or Romanian is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and further develop our Odoo ERP system (focus on Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting)
• Map and implement complex automotive processes (Call-Offs, Forecasting, Subcontracting, Replenishment)
• Serve as a key interface between internal departments, IT, and external Odoo partners
• Organize internal training sessions and create clear process documentation
• Support the rollout of new modules and custom extensions
• Coordinate data imports (products, suppliers, financial data)
• Assist with monthly closings and accounting exports (e.g., SAGA)
