• Previous experience in luxury hospitality (4- or 5-star hotels is a strong advantage)
• Excellent command of the English language – both spoken and written
• Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays(compensated accordingly)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• English language skills are required; additional languages are a plus

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during the night shift (including room service and late-night dining areas)
• Ensure tables, trays, and service stations are clean, properly set, and well-stocked
• Take accurate orders and deliver them efficiently and courteously
• Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with setting up for breakfast service when necessary
• Maintain high hygiene standards and adhere to all safety protocols

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for night room service and late-night menus
• Ensure all meals are presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Manage stock rotation and ensure proper storage of ingredients during night operations
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the F&B and kitchen teams to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
• Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment overnight
