You are the first point of contact for your team when they have technical, non-technical and process questions.
You will provide feedback to your colleagues when needed.
You will provide the team manager with input on the performance of the team performance for feedback sessions and performance management.
When needed you will actively join feedback or performance management sessions between team manager and technical specialist.
You will develop content and training material when needed or when you see an opportunity for the team to improve.
You will support pre-release programs and provide feedback to prepare Sonos for a successful product/service launch.
You will work directly with Sonos Operations teams to drive improvements in the business through written, verbal or face-to-face communication.
You will have the responsibility to identify knowledge gaps in your team and you act upon them to mitigate those gaps.
Ensure compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Protection and Information Security.
