Experience - Essential
- At least 1 year of working experience on a similar position
- basic knowledge of network and security
- windows XP, Windows 2000 and 2003 Server experience
- Very good knowledge of English is required
•Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
•Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team
•Be able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Key responsibilities will include the day to day management and support of colleagues and local servers, Typical activities will include:
- Day to day proactive server support and maintenance
- Troubleshooting of IT infrastructure related problems
- Ensure support for non-IT personnel
- Installation of all technical equipment in the office (laptops, printer, fax, fix phone lines)
- administration of mobile phones and mobile modems
